Thermatech steam cleaning is a highly-renowned professional exterior cleaning method that uses a combination of extremely low pressure and high-temperature to delicately clean and sterilise a wide range of exterior surfaces without the harsh chemicals ever having to be applied.
The Thermatech superheated cleaning system takes regular cold water and turns it into a superheated vapour by running it through its self contained boiling system. The temperature can then be adjusted by the operator to suit the individual cleaning task, with the temperature set at 150® Thermatech can effortlessly and effectively remove paint, moss, algae, lichen and all other types of organic matter from all surfaces including brick, stone, roof tiles and render.
When steam cleaning at 150® the cleaned surfaces are not only left 100% sterilised as all the bacteria’s and biological spores are killed when exposed to this heat, this eliminates the use of chemicals having to be used for removal of organic matter or as an after treatment, making steam cleaning 100% eco-friendly. Being a superheated steam bases method, the Thermatech cleaning penetrates deep into the smallest cavities, ensuring every inch of your surface is cleaned thoroughly and effectively.
